- I just moved my Spooky and set it up on a new computer. Everytime I try and run one it says its for testing only. Why does it say that? Is there something I’m not clicking on?
- I tried to set a run time for 3:31 hours. I went to "Settings", then to "Run for" and typed in 3:31 for 3 and one half hours. I got up this morning to find that it did not shut off and ran all night. What did I do wrong?
- Does Terrain “Kill” or “heal”, or “both”? I see that on certain days, it treats, for example, parasites. So it must be in “Kill” mode. How are things flushed out of the body? Do I need to run a detox program at the same time?
- There is no presets for HC or KHZ programs in my database for contact mode. How can I use these programs in contact mode? Should I change the remote preset and how?

- When I select “database” from the menu, the dropdown selections say “select custom database #1”, “select custom database #2”, etc, up to #5. There are no custom databases #’s 2-5 in my system. Does this have something to do with the recent software update
- If I set a positive offset(100, -100). On the oscilloscope, I see the Out1 coincides (positive), the Out2 coincides (negative), but from the Boost output (the contact output), I see the inverted waveform, that is negative (as for Out2). Why?
- The Molecular Weight preset is not in the menu Miscellanous preset. Is it ok to use the substance MM preset for the molecular weight frequencies from the database?

- I want to change frequency multiplier to 2 in Holland 11 for my biofeedback scan preset. This will raise all of the frequencies by 2 and the preset will add multiplier for the out 2 by 11. Thus bringing me closer to my treatments being in the 1+mhz range?
- What the variable duty waveform at the bottom of the drop down list in the waveform setup is for? It looks like a scalar wave using compression rather than frequency.

- The 'Waveform' and 'Offset' information sometimes turns from black to red in the 'Generator Output' panel on the Control tab. Can anyone tell me why this happens and what it means?
- I tried to look what was in the newly available file waveforms.csv. I found 15 columns of 1024 numbers, each one corresponding to a waveform. They are not labelled. I visualized them graphically but was not able to tell which one is from a given setting.
- I was looking in the presets trying to find a contact-mode preset for the HC / KHZ frequencies, but I see only a remote-mode preset for these frequencies. Is there any particular reason for this?
- I must run a list of programs for a person but some are for healing and some other are for killing. So how can I select different wave settings for this list?

- The software will not boot. The message is: Failed to load SSTab from TabCtl32.ocx. Your version of TabCtl32.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

- Can I have Out 1 and Out2 have separate minimum frequencies? I wish to have the lowest frequency as 1MHz for out 1 and a 'carrier' of sorts at 3MHz for out 2.
- Why do my Spooky programs keep turning themselves off? The program is running, the generators are on and just the programs have turned from green to red.
- The "Allow Generator Overwrites" box should stay ticked when generators are set and working, or it has to be ticked only when switching between generators (once I choose the exact generator, the check sign disappears).
- How do you know which generator is which in the software?
- I am running Clive's essential micronutrient program in the remote mode. The first frequency listed in the box on the control tab is ~7540M570.287. Is this correct as there are a few others listed this way?
- When I load the sleep and insomnia preset, it shows square wave in the settings menu but when I launch the generator it shows sawtooth in the control panel.
- I have persistent lyme strain called ehrlichia and it is top of the list on graded scans no matter how many times I kill it! What’s the best wobble settings to eradicate this? Do I use triangle, sawtooth or inverted sawtooth?
- I’m trying to use my Spooky in contact mode as a hulda clark zapper. I used the followings settings "Killing (C) - JW" Preset, "Clark 2.5KHz Zapper Contact" program. However I don’t see the 100% offset and H-Bomb Square wave.
