I just moved my Spooky and set it up on a new computer. Everytime I try and run one it says its for testing only. Why does it say that? Is there something I’m not clicking on?

It sounds like the generators may not have connected to the USB properly. Might need to look in the Windows Control Panel, devices page for communications devices to make sure they are connected and working properly. Please unplugged/replugged the generator cable (the cable on the back of the generator not the power cable the other one) the generator was switch off. I then switched the generator back on clicked onto Spooky software
