What's the difference between Chain Editor and the Presets to Chain function?

While the Spooky software allows you to create a chained preset, it does not edit or modify chained presets. To do that, you need the ChainEditor. Here is the documentation for the ChainEditor: https://spooky2tools.com/chaineditor-guide/
