These are self-executing (.exe) installation files now. After downloading, you have to install it—just like the Spooky software and peptide presets, etc.
After installation, if it's not showing up in the Presets tab (should be its own folder between cancer and DNA), make sure you've installed it to the correct location: C:-->spooky2-->preset collections.
