Is there a way I can tell the system to wobble 10 Hz below and 10 Hz above EVERY frequency in a list without creating over or under wobbling?

So for example, if my primary frequency is 727 Hz, then the system would produce:

717 #1
718 #2
719 #3
720 #4
721 #5
722 #6
723 #7
724 #8
725 #9
726 #10
727 * Primary frequency
728 #1
729 #2
730 #3
731 #4
732 #5
733 #6
734 #7
735 #8
736 #9
737 #10

Currently the wobble is configured as a percentage of the running frequency, so what you are attempting to do is not possible. This is generally a better scheme, as higher frequencies should have a greater wobble. Nature does not work with integers.
