If you tick the Include Harmonics and Include Sub-Harmonics checkbox, you will find more hits. If there are too many hits, then make the Tolerance number smaller, say like 0.005%. Also in the Programs tab, you may want to untick some of the very large databases, like MW (22K+ entries), DNA (37K+ entries), RRMD (14K+ entries), CUST (could be large if you are have large custom databases).
