When I run a peptide program, why do Out 1 and Out 2 have different values?

The Out 1 and Out 2 have different values in the peptide presets. These presets are based on MW Emulate, which is actually MW Emulate 20v (R) - JD. This preset sends the Odd subharmonic to Out 1, and the Octal subharmonic to Out 2.
