You have to chain then together. So if you are using programs from the PROGRAMS tab, you would load a shell preset, add the programs and then save that custom preset. Then you could load the custom preset, add it to a chain at the bottom of the preset list, the find your desired Peptide preset and add it to the chain. Then you must save the chain and then you can load it to a generator and run it.
