There is no definitive answer. It depends on what you are treating. Based on John White's presentation last night, if you have a condition where you could see some kind of change, you should get some results in 2-3 days. If you don't see/feel any difference you need to try a different peptide. If it fully treats the issued you still probably need to go a few more days just to make sure then stop and see what happens. Many conditions take much longer to see results. You have to judge the effectiveness yourself in the longer term.
