Immunotherapy like Keytruda, for cancer, can cause organ and systemic inflammation although it does boost immune function. It is not a simple immune supplement like vitamin C or echinacea. Therefore it should not be combined with a detox program, as the symptoms will likely become overwhelming for the body to handle and the person may feel very sick.
