How many peptide programs can we run at one time? And how long do you have to run a peptide program for to see benefits? Like you should just run it every day forever to maintain the benefits? Or do you want it for a week and then you have the benefits for a few weeks and then you gotta run again?
A:
If you have multiple generators, you can run multiple peptide programs on yourself at the same time. Or you can chain the presets together, making a chained preset. There is a tutorial in the Spooky2 User's Guide (click the User's Guide menu item in the Help menu of the Spooky software) on page 101 in a section called Chained Presets/
For treatment time, I recommend the Remote 7/24. Do the contact/plasma for 1-2 hours a day, maybe 1-2 treatments a day. Continue until you get improvement, and stop/pause if it doesn't feel good, or stop if, after a while, you don't feel like it's working (give it at least 3 days to see some improvement).
For some of the diseases, you run until the issue goes away and that's it. For more serious conditions, you may have to revisit the program again. You pretty much have to try this and see what works for you.

There is ambiguity about this topic. John White wrote on the forum on Jan 4th, that it would be better to chain them rather than run multilple generators with peptide programs simultaneously. Can you please clarify? Thanks!
