How to troubleshoot if the software says no generators found?


1. Problem solved by the following procedure: plugin the generator(s) into the USB port, right click start button and select computer management. Select device manager then PORTS (COM & LPT) right click on the Silicon labs drivers and uninstall the software plus delete the driver. Do this for every port then remove the USB cables from the ports and turn off the generator (s). Restart computer. After restart turn on the generator and put USB cables in the ports, repeat the uninstall procedure as before untill no drivers are able to load. Now you can install the drivers using the initial start of the spooky software.


2. Try disconnecting the USB on the laptop end, reconnect then go to top bar. Click rescan devices under Utils Gens should then be recognised.
