How many frequencies in 1 Hz?

Actually, it depends on which waveform is used to render the frequency. 1 Hz would be the fundamental frequency. If a Sine wave is used, there is only the fundamental, so 1 is the answer.

If a Square wave is used, then the odd harmonics are rendered in reducing power levels, so as many frequencies as are above a measurable level.

If a Sawtooth wave is used, both even and odd harmonics make up the waveform, but again, however many frequencies are above measurable levels will be represented.
