It depends on the mode you choose.
Plasma - once through the program sequence per day, 5-7 days.
Contact - one morning and one night per day, 5- 7 days.
Remote - non-stop for 20 repeats minimum or until it helps - but no more than 7 days without getting better. Usually can have beneficial effects within 24 hours, if it is the right program for your condition.
