You can't import the audio, but you can analyze the audio files to determine the frequencies contained within. You will need an audio spectrum analyzer program of some sort to accomplish this.
Depending on how cleanly isolated the tones are in your audio files, will make the process easier.
Then it is just a matter of creating a custom frequency program and inputting the frequencies into the program and then away you go.
