The “PEPTIDE” entries you see in the Spooky2 software (especially in the MW database) represent molecular weights of known peptides, usually as single-frequency approximations. They can be helpful, but if you're interested in more precise, amino acid–based sequences, you might explore the advanced Protein & Peptide databases shared by John White and others in our community.
