The Target Preset is Preset you create that contains the programs that treat your specific kind of cancer, i.e., breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, etc. You can create your Preset by starting with Killing (R) - JW, add programs from the Programs tab and then save the Preset using the Save button (floppy disk icon) in the Presets tab. This Preset will end up in your User folder. Then in the Cancer Tool, click the Reload button, and you should see your new Preset in the list.
