Is there a way to combine 2 programs with an alarm set to go off when the first one finishes and then add a 60 second pause?

1. One of the easiest things to do would be to make a single plasma preset which contains your scan results and your back pain programs, including a pause (keeps running, but no frequencies) in between if you wish. If you want to move the plasma from gut to back at the changeover, then just set an ordinary alarm, e.g. on your phone.

2. I believe you can do this using beep when zero and manually add 0 frequencies in the chain between the two programs. This might just do it.
