Is it a good idea to use frequency multiplier for a plasma preset? Is it different thing to octaves ? Can it be more effective if used? Why the transmitted frequency is not equal to frequency×2^multiplier?

Octaves are multiples of 2 or divided by 2. For presets you can't change the frequency externally. Everything is encapsulated within the preset. Trying to change its setting doesn't work and might disable the preset from working. There are various ways to change the base frequency: Fibonacci, decimal, golden ratio, octaves, etc. The transmitted frequency depends on the generator being used and its limitations. Spooky2 is geared to recognized just two, the XM or GX. The basic idea, imo, is to transmit the frequency closest to the MOR (mortal oscillatory rate) as you possibly can. Barring that then use the number two to divide or scale the freq down till it fits in the bandwidth of the generator. Anyway, that's my current understanding. Also I think for really high frequency, the simple sine wave is often the preferred waveform. as it least subject to distortion. In the Settings tab there, next to the waveform frame, is a column labeled WCM. This is the wave cycle multiplier.
