My Windows say that "shortcut has been altered. Do you want to delete it?"when I’m installing the software. What’s wrong with it?

You need to first go into Win Defender's anti-virus section and make an exclusion for the Spooky2 folder. This makes everything in the folder legit as far as the virus checker is concerned. Then just before you do the install, you need to turn off virus protection, otherwise the antivirus will stop the install, Then do the installation.
Here's a video on how to get Spooky2 up but don't forget the step to first stop the antivirus when doing the install,
