Troubleshooting: I click on the short cut on my screen and a small box comes up that says 'Spooky is already running' and all I can click on is an X or OK.

1. Check to make sure that Spooky is not minimized in the Windows taskbar. If it is, click on the taskbar icon to bring it up.

2. If Spooky is not minimized in the taskbar, check to see if it is running in the background:
a. Right-click on the Windows taskbar and select Task Manager.
b. On the Processes tab, locate Spooky.exe. If Spooky.exe is not listed on the Processes tab, skip to step 3.
c. Right-click on Spooky.exe and select End task.
d. If prompted to confirm that you wish to end the process, select Yes.

3. If Spooky.exe is not listed on the Processes tab, restart the computer.
