1. Not everyone who uses frequencies herxes. It all depends on the person. You can use it as much or as little as you would like. Personally for contact mode I use it for 3 hours. Each person is different and you will get a different answer every time. If you can't handle the herx, don't use it as long.
2. Please add on Blood purification frequencies. Is helps a lot to clear toxins purged into the blood stream.
