1. Spooky2 can do this. There are shell presets that give the 11X frequencies with the low frequency too. (search for Holland in the Presets tab).
2. I like 11th harmonic as well as using octaves. Octaves resonate with the original frequency giving it double the punching power. Also, I like having the carrier frequency to be above 1 Mhz so it will pass through the cells instead of around the cells through the connective tissue.
