1. All of Spooky2 presets are written by advanced users or engineers, they are free for tests and experiments. For plasma and scalar, they have their own presets and have been reported wonderful in killing and healing.
2. I haven't thought about it extensively, but if there are not Presets for a specific device for a specific purpose, it most likely isn't something that should be attempted - most likely for technical reasons. In the case of the 11th for Plasma, I don't think the 11th harmonic of the minimum Plasma frequency is within the upper frequency of the device.
