Your Spooky Pulse it not being detected by the software. In the System tab, if the Pulse were detected, you would see it in the Connected Hardware section. Make sure the Pulse is plugged directly into the Computer/Laptop, not into a USB hub. Try a different USB port. Is the green light on and the red light blinking with your pulse?
