I am trying to install the latest July version of the software and it keeps giving me error message. What can I do?

1. Close any software that may have the folder open (like the Windows File Explorer). Then reboot the computer and try another install

2. Right-click on the .exe install file and choose “Run as Administrator”. That worked for me.

3. You may need to disable any antivirus or firewall software. If that didn't work, you can try rebooting in safe mode and installing that way then restart normally.

4. Access denied usually means you are not an administrator either right click run as admin or click on start then control panel, user accounts then change the account type from standard to administrator then restart the machine.
