Is it possible to scan from 0-1000hz?

No, it is not possible to do a scan in the range of 0 Hz - 1000 Hz, since due to the very definition we cannot scan the frequency of 0 Hz. It is possible to scan in the range of above 0 Hz up to 1000 Hz (and above). Still, I do not see much sense in such a low range of scanning, as the "hit" frequencies are much much higher, which potentially lessens the scan precision and chances of a success.

Please notice, that low frequencies, hundreds or thousands Hz are a legacy of times low quality functions generators. Today we tend to use much higher frequencies, which brings us better results. You can just use e.g. frequency multiplier factor, dealing with Spooky2 system, to, generally, experience better results.
