As a preventative, there are other programs you can run, like detox and the one that has all the vitamins. Also, running BFB frequently is very good and can be considered preventative.
If a frequency resonates, then it works. I’d be detoxing, killing any parasites and pathogens. The more you bring the body back to homeostasis, the less likely to be a host to this.
