I would still suggest starting out with the recommended settings you found. While it may not look it, when researching the history of sets found in the KHZ database, even for those things we would consider healing modalities, I found that they were designed to target pathogenic factors.
I have not done research on every set, but I have yet to find one in the KHZ database that did not target pathogenic factors. Therefore, the inverted sawtooth with a positive offset is a good starting place.
