Is the graph a summary of the entire scan? Is the jump in the bottom graph a big reaction to a pathogen?

1.This is a segment. To see the whole graph, you could load the scan CSV file into Excel.

2. Any upward movement of the trace indicates a stress. This abrupt one with a fast rise time could be a pathogen dying, or it could be a sudden sharp movement in your sleep.

3. No way to tell for sure. Could be low level stress events, or sleep movements.

Personally, I move about in the bed quite a lot when I'm asleep. This generates too many false positives, so I gave up on the idea of scanning while I sleep. Now I just gaze at the ceiling and get bored whenever I have time to scan (which isn't very often).
