I noticed that I could not get the NEG (-) LED to light on Channel 1. But Ch. 2 worked fine. I connected my PC Scope and saw that Ch. 1 does not go negative like Ch. 2 does when I set the OFFSET to 0%.

This I can not be sure of the reason, and it should not be the case. Also, if you got 40v peak to peak in your other test below, Out 1 has to be working correctly in order to achieve this result. Suspect that for whatever reason, when you conducted your test, an offset was still in effect. It could be that the command to reset the offset did not make it the generator at the time you ran the test. Look for errors being reported in Utils, Show Errors and Warnings.

It could also be attributed to using a waveform that has a positive offset encoded into itself.
