I've just loaded this Preset here to check and the run time is indeed 3hrs 39mins. The Repeat Program value should be 2 when you load the Preset. This is what it's programmed with.
When you need to change a preset, instead of changing the text file, it is much easier to load the preset, make any changes needed, and then save the preset (with the same or with a different name).
