The only way I know would be to build the preset. If the PDF has a screen shot, then just copy it to your screen and then save it.
If it only describes it, then a working understanding of the software will most likely be required to translate what they are describing into what settings need to be set.
However, if the PDF came with text files (the actual presets), and the PDF is just the documentation to go with it, then copy the files that end in .txt into the Presets folder for Spooky2. Usually this is C:\Spooky2\Presets.
