The waveform and also the offset you use has much to do with the tingling sensation. Try to use a harmonic waveform, like InvSawtooth Harmonic, or Sine Harmonic. These waveforms greatly reduce the tingling sensation, allowing you to untick the reduce amplitude box (try this with caution).
