Before you begin using TeamViewer to access Spooky2 remotely, ensure your computer is properly set up by following these steps:
1. Install Spooky2 Software
Download and install the Spooky2 software from the official website.
2. Install TeamViewer on Your Computer
Visit the TeamViewer download page and install the TeamViewer Remote client on your computer.
Step 1: Create Your TeamViewer Account
To get started, you need to create a TeamViewer account for remote access:
Open the TeamViewer Remote client and click on Sign in to TeamViewer.
At the bottom of the screen, click on Create one here.
Enter your name and email address, then click Continue.
Create a password, accept the EULA, DPA, and Privacy Policy, and click Create my account.
Step 2: Verify Your Account
After creating your TeamViewer account, verify it by following these steps:
Check your inbox for a verification email.
Open the email and click on Verify account.
Return to TeamViewer Remote, check the box confirming you’ve verified your account, and click Sign in.
Enter your password and click Sign in.
Step 3: Sign In on a New Device (Add Your Device as Trusted)
To sign in to your account on a new device:
Open TeamViewer Remote and click Sign in to TeamViewer.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Sign in.
A message will appear saying that a verification email has been sent to add your device as a trusted device.
Check your inbox for an email titled Sign in on a new device and click Add to trusted devices.
A new tab will open, asking if you trust this device. Click Trust.
Once your device is trusted, open TeamViewer Remote again, check the box confirming the device is verified, and click Sign in.
Step 4: How to Sign in to Your Account via the Mobile App
To sign in to your account using the mobile app:
Open the TeamViewer for Remote Control app.
Go to the Computers tab.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Sign in.
Depending on your authentication method, you may need to either:
Validate your device as a Trusted Device, or
Enter your security code (for two-factor authentication).
Step 5: Operating Spooky2 Software Remotely
Now that you have set up TeamViewer, you can operate Spooky2 remotely. Follow these steps:
Open the Spooky2 software on your remote desktop.
Navigate to the Presets tab: Choose Shell (Empty) Presets > Remote > Killing (R)-JW.
Go to the Programs tab: Type ‘cold‘ in the search bar. Select the appropriate presets, such as ‘Cold1’ and ‘Cold2’.
Open the Control tab: Check ‘Overwrite Generator’. Select the generator port and click ‘Start’.
