Correct as the frequency is already being changed to fit within the range of the SC. Since the SC maxes out at 3.5 MHz, this is well within the native range of the XM.
The use of the wave cycle multiplier for the EO frequency sets was to allow it to hit the highest harmonic under 25 MHz which can be used via remote and contact without issue.
