You create frequency sets, enter the frequencies as they are, save them. Then you choose appropriate Program Preset eg. cpsResearch by JW or Spooky Central Beat Frequencies (I hope I remember it correctly) and this is it. Run them as usual.
I forgot to add that it is easier to copy and paste the frequencies from the pdf file. Just make sure they are correct, omit pauses and insert comas. This works for me and is quicker.
