Here is one way to do it:
If you channel is already running; you can stop/restart the channel to check things.
1. Bring up the channel window
2. Take a note what frequency you are up to in the list box. Example: Frequency 3/20
3. Stop the channel
4. Press the ~ to edit the channel
5. Check the state of the allow channel overwrite box and modify if required.
6. Click back onto the channel
7. Press start
8. Dbl click on the frequency that you were up to in the list (example: Frequency 3/20) so as to resume where you left off.
