Perhaps you want to try if this will work: 100=180,200=180
No spaces between numbers and equal sign. Also comma is used (no spaces between) to separate numbers.
In addition to this, it's easier to add new sets if you use the "Create Frequency Set" menu command under the "File" menu. This this technique results in fewer invalid file errors.
