I reloaded software from the Spooky site to get the latest edition, then went through all the steps in the set up as usual. I came to the "Testing and Configuration" part. The problem is that no database appeared.

The database is now an encrypted file that can only be opened and read by Spooky2. Please check inside the Spooky2 folder on C:\ drive for the presence of a file named Frequencies. If it's not there, download it from the website, then drag it out of Downloads and into the Spooky2 folder. Then restart Spooky2.
