Those numbers are Com Ports and the 1-4 probably already taken by your Computer!
Go to Task Manager Select File Run New Task
then type cmd then check box below
(Create this Task with Administrator Privileges)
When Command window pops up type
netstat -aon | more
It will show you a list of ports being used
then press space bar to view more!

I just played around with it and you can make virtual ports in pair like 1 and 2 then 3 and 4 as long as they aren't physical ports only.
