The sensor is infrared so does not need a damp surface.
The Spooky2 pulse is a Fitcare 700 and has been programmed to achieve a totally different use from the original intent.
I have some difficulty in recording a steady heartbeat, more my problem. I always use the Remote.
If you try to use it again set a much shorter time and relax, it just might do something. I would prefer it to have a much better sensor.
I have had some worthwhile results with Remote treatment, but am not sensitive to the output. It can take 2 or three weeks to have any effect.
