Why it never stops when I run a biofeedback scan?

It seems that your Spooky2 Pulse is not detected. I am wondering whether you are using the mini usb cable. We also sent a mini usb connector together with the pulse, please change the mini USB cable to mini USB connector, and try again. This should solve the problem.
