The quick version:
1. Setup all your settings as you wish them to be for the template.
2. Do not add any frequency sets since you will be doing this on the fly.
3. Enter a name into the box where it normally says Program Preset (not the top one, use the one in the Channel Data box)
4. Click the + sign that is to the right of this same Program Preset box where you entered the name.
This will save it as a preset, allowing you to find and load it as you do any other preset.
