In Feb. 2016 version, only the recommended Directory will have default preset in there. Not Preset directory. What he means can be done from here:

Hi, I have the same problem. How do I get started if I have no preset program to select from? This is my first time to try to use a Spooky2.
Also, I don't know what you mean by Directory? What do I actually have to do to get started??
