I haven't used one; but my assumption would be yes; as it is Windows 8.1; and it is compared to be much like a laptop in posts I have seen.
The only potential sticking point is the serial-usb software that comes with Spooky2; (used to talk to the XM5 generators through the usb cable) - but it should work. Are you able to test Spooky2 on the machine before purchasing?
