If a Preset pauses (yellow icon) immediately after starting, it could be a time setting. Refer to the Settings tab. For instance, one of the Vitamins and Minerals Presets are set to begin at 1 am and run through until the early hours of the morning. Have a look in Settings to see if this is the case.
