Can I view all programs within a preset chain - in a single window?

There is no way in Spooky or ChainEditor to do this. But you can use the Command Prompt (cmd) to do this and the findstr command. Here is an example:
C:\Users\Prana>cd "\Spooky2\Preset Collections\Detox\Remote"
C:\Spooky2\Preset Collections\Detox\Remote>findstr Loaded_Programs "Terrain (R) - BY.txt"
"Loaded_Programs=1. Remove Metals"
"Loaded_Programs=2. Remove Metals"
"Loaded_Programs=3. Remove Chemical Materials"
"Loaded_Programs=4. Remove Systemic Toxins 1"
"Loaded_Programs=5. Remove Systemic Toxins 2"
