Set up your scan, and then in the Control tab look down the bottom, centre panel, under "After Scan" > "Continue refining hits > run on gen [enter the gen number you want the results to run on]. The port number to which your remote generator relates. In other words, the number you see in the relevant generator icon on the left-hand side of your Control page.
For instance, let's say you have only two generators (or one GenX which contains two generators) and the generator/port numbers on the icons are 3 and 4. You would be doing your scan on 3, and then set the "Run on gen" section as 4.
