1. Check your processor performance. Right click task bar where there are no icons and select Task Manager. Windows 10 - click show more details. Look for program CPU time and memory usage. Maybe you have one or more programs hogging resources which is affecting Spooky programs.
2. Generally I've found that when that happens it's because the sensor is trying to establish a better connection. I find repositioning the sensor until I have a better blinking pulse red light does the trick. It also depends on your heart beat. If your more relaxed and calm your heart rate being slower will cause the scan to take longer.
